01Scope
This policy covers constrange.com and contact started from it. It does not replace the confidentiality terms of a signed engagement. If you are already in a live piece of work, the letter and the Information handling page are the more specific account.
02What the site collects
Browsing the public pages does not require an account. We do not run a marketing pixel, a third-party analytics tag, or a cookie banner for tracking cookies, because we do not set tracking cookies on this site.
The server or host that delivers the pages may keep ordinary technical logs (such as the time of a request and a network address) for security and operation of the site. Those logs are not used to build a profile of you, and they are not combined with the content of a conversation.
03Booking and contact details
The contact page lets you share context and book a first conversation through Cal.com. When you book, Cal processes the details needed to schedule the meeting (such as your name, email, and any notes you attach). That booking is handled by Cal.com as a processor for scheduling — not as a Constrange marketing list.
Context you add on the contact page before booking can be passed into the Cal booking so the first conversation starts with the situation in view. A confirmed calendar slot is not an engagement. Live work still begins only when both sides agree in writing.
04If we are in conversation
If you write to us, or we write to you, we will hold the contact details you use and the situation you describe, so we can reply and — if we work together — do the work. That typically includes a name, a work email, an organisation, and whatever you choose to say about the pressure you are under.
We use that material to understand whether we can help, to shape an engagement, and to keep a record of what was agreed. We do not sell it. We do not use it to train a public model. We do not pass it to a vendor so they can market to you.
05Models and tools
Constrange may use ordinary professional tools (writing, diagrams, secure file exchange) to do the work. We do not put your working material into a public model as training data. If a tool is used to assist a reading, it is used under the same confidentiality as the rest of the engagement, and it does not become a reason to treat a fluent sentence as a decision.
07How long we keep it
Contact notes are kept only as long as the conversation or engagement requires, then deleted or returned. An engagement letter can set a specific period. We do not keep a private archive of other organisations’ unofficial paths “for later.”
Artefacts delivered to you (a reading, a path, a first-move note) remain yours to keep. Our copy follows the letter.
08What you can ask
If you have written to us, you can ask what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask for it to be removed, subject to what we must keep for a live engagement or a legal duty. Send the request through the same channel as the conversation. We will answer in plain language.
09Children
This site and this practice are for organisations and the people who work in them. We do not seek information from children, and we do not offer the work as a consumer service to minors.
10Changes
The date on this page is when it was last written. A later change to the public policy does not silently rewrite a signed letter. If the way we handle information on the site changes in a material way, we will update this page.
